Yes it is the drive mechanism of an Apple 800K drive. You can also use the
Sony 2M drive mechanisms from a Mac 1.4M drive too P/N MP-F75W-11G (and I
think other variants).
That 800K mechanism is not the complete drive by itself, you still need the
case and daisychain board.
