One other thing you could try is to pull the other cards and try the 1mb
card
by itself. Most 1mb cards drew about the same power as a Disk II drive so
if
your power supply will run with the drive and 16k card then it should
likely
run with the 1mb card by itself. If it still doesn't then removing enough
RAM
to bring it down to 256k should put it well under what the other cards
draw
