I've asked some French friends whether they own a IIc+ or not. One of
them owns one and I'm waiting for his anwser. That would probably be
easier to manage intra-France, even more around Paris where Cédric
lives.

As far as the IIe card for Mac is concerned, the last smartport
interface he has not tested yet, I own one and will lend it to him.
