Nevermind... Took an educated guess and determined it's a view from the bottom of board (i.e. looking at the 16-pin female on the cable.
I only needed to swap pins 2 and 5 to get it right. For future reference:- The Digital Prism manual has the functions of SW3 and 4 interchanged. Sync polarity is actually on 4 - at least on my board.
- The "Apple" (DB15) output is analog RGB with composite sync (+/- selected by SW4 on the card).
- The "IBM" (DB9) output is digital (TTL-level) with separate H+V sync. It's intended, I think, for a CGA or EGA monitor but would not work with my EGA converter (normally connected to a C= 128).
- If you want to use a SCART-input monitor or converter with the DB15, you'll need to provide +12v on pin 8 to switch it into RGB mode. I used a little "hook" clip to grab it right next to the power supply connector on the motherboard.
