Actually, it's possible that you may be able to do this, using
a "Happy Hacking" keyboard. In case you don't know, this is a very
compact keyboard (no function keys, number pad etc), which can be
connected to either PCs (PS/2 connection), Sun machines (PS/2 again, I
guess) or Macs (ADB). It may be possible to place the KVM switch
between the keyboard and the adapter cable(s).
Sorry, no URL, but a web search should find the company behind
the "Happy Hacking" kleyboard easily enough.
