I know that I can probably find this info on the net but I'm at wits end. I just purchaced an Apple IIGS (ROM
3) in excellent mint condition (monitor, 2 3 drives, Computer unit, Keyboard, mouse, 4MB ram, and
GS/OS 6.0.1) and I have a huge archive of image files for the Apple II/IIGS. I want to know what's the
easiest way to transfer files from my PC disk images to the IIGS since I cannot do it from PC to floppy.
Keeping in mind that I am a novice to the Apple II world when it comes to ports and stuff. I have an Apple II
emulator but I always wanted to own the IIGS, now that I have it I want to put it to good use. I hear that you
can transfer by means of printer serial output to the 9/25 pin serial jack on the back of the PC. I was
wondering if someone can tell me how to get started because I am anxious to try some of these awesome
games. Also what programs should I have to do perfect transfers and possibly where to download them
from.
Thanks
Kyle
