That would be the Integer BASIC firmware card switch. I have one of those
cards, and when I tried it in my IIe, it booted into the system monitor
and Control-B Return would put the machine into Integer BASIC. With the
card's switch in the down position, the IIe uses its on-board autostart
ROM and Control-Reset stops the disk drive and puts the machine into
Applesoft BASIC.
