Is this the RamFAST driver on the ROM drive??  When you first partition
your RamFAST card, it will turn the ROM drive on.  You then install the
RamFAST drivers from the ROM card.  This will put the RamFAST
device driver into the system folder and copy the RamFAST utility to
the boot drive.

Try removing the Apple SCSI drivers from the System folder since
you don't need them with the RamFAST card installed.  Then reboot
and see if it you can format the drive.  Does it give you options to
format the drive for the various formats?? I know it gives me the
option to format 800k floppies for ProDOS or HFS since I have
the HFS drivers installed..
