The first thing to do is check for EHT (the 12 plus kilovolts that send the
electrons to the screen). If you hold the back of your hand against the screen
when you switch the monitor on - if you have EHT the hairs on the back of your
hand should stand up with the static charge that is generated.
Are the monitors 110v? If they are check the 3.3 ohm fusible ceramic resistor
in the power supply. It is very close to the 110v input from the mains.
Good like on the manuals I've been looking for them for years.
