Re: I killed it.. :-(



Well thanks for all your help, I finally solved it with trial-and-error,
replaced all those chips that I had another one of (luckily they're all
socketed), one by one, and a lonely old 74LS02 was the culprit. Since it
sits right next to the RAMs, I assume that it has to do with RAM access,
so you people who told me to check RAM were almost on target.
Unfortunately the Language card and the Z80 card seem to have bit the dust
as well, inserting any of them will prevent the system from working, as
before. Guess I'll have to go TTL chip shopping. Unfortunately the Z80
doesn't have socketed chips, I intend to change that now. After I have
checked them in another mainboard that is.
