Pick up an older used Mac at a thrift store that has a Super
drive such as a Classic, Classic II or a Mac II series computer.
They should have 1.44 meg floppies.  Get the program TransMac

This will allow you to copy the files to a Mac formatted disk.
Under System 7.5 or higher, format a Prodos disk and copy
the files to the disk.  Then you should be able to make a disk
on your IIgs from there.  You might want to make a Ram disk
and copy the file to the Ram disk.  This will free up your drives
from having to swap files.

The used Mac shouldn't cost more than $20.  I picked mine up
for $2.  I got a Classic II and it works great for this.  It mounts
both PC and Prodos disk under system 7.5.3.
