You could be waiting a while for 6.0.2, since the last version I know of is
6.0.1.

My guess on the value would be somewhere between $10US and $40US, but it's
pretty hard to say what you'd get in an auction like e-bay. Personally I
would not pay more than a SCSI card for it.
