(sigh!) you're missing the point. Make something up yourself. We're not
talking about what linux is, we're talking about what the government 
should be/shouldn't be able to do.

Anyway, linux isn't like /anything/, "linux" is just a kernel, I can 
make the "linux OS" anything I feel like dear. kernel 2.4 has a built in 
*web-server*, by the way, by "built in" I mean right in the kernel.

 Not even Microsoft has a webserver in the kernel, so, how does "linux 
work" again? ;)
