Actually ALL 'Woz' cover IIgs's shipped with the ROM 00 firmware.
Quite a few of them, but not all, also shipped with the faulty VGC
(Video Graphic Controller) chip. Both correctable though by simply
swapping the older chips--Apple did it as a free upgrade for years.

That's the only thing that makes them unique, and those covers
are not what I'd call rare. Just less common than plain covers.

It looks to be an Applied Engineering SonicBlaster. Not one of
the better quality stereo cards and not rare either (now if it were
a FutureSound board, that would be different).

Not as standard, but Apple did sell an internal cooling fan for
Apple IIgs's that clipped onto the side of the powersupply. It
wasn't very popular as it cost over US$50, managed to block
two slots, was noisy and didn't do much than circulate warm
air inside. The System Saver or Conserver were far better
cooling solutions.
