If you still need a replacement IIc drive, I have about 5 IIc machines that
are gathering dust.  I'd be more than happy to fire one up, test the drive
out, disassemble the IIc, and send the drive to you, no charge.  Email me
your shipping address off-list, and I'll send it out ... It may take me a
few days to unearth the IIc, but I will get to it....
