On an ADB keyboard, the Command/Apple key (Apple and/or propellor logo)
corresponds to the "open apple" key on a IIe or IIc, and the Option key
corresponds to the "closed apple" key.

The reset key is the one at the top with the triangle symbol (used as
the power key on a Mac).  As normal for Apple II models after the Plus,
you have to use it in conjunction with the Control key.

It is also worth noting that the IIgs can distinguish keys on the
numeric keypad keys from those on the main keyboard (through an extra
flag bit in the modifier key register, which only exists on the IIgs).

If you connect an extended keyboard to the IIgs, the function keys and
"special function" block (help/home/pageup/del/end/pagedown) appear to
be specific lowercase letters on the numeric keypad.
