    The "sequential.com" domain is still registered and there (in fact
it doesn't expire until mid September) though no one is actively
maintaining the page hosted there. Essentially something mucked 
up and there's no one around to fix it any longer--or really cares to.
Chances are it'll disappear completely by October.

    The company didn't fold, they just changed their name and type
of business. They're now SeqNet and run a commercial ISP in
Boulder, Colorado. They did make a promise to publicly release
all their former Apple II software and drivers, but that has yet to
pass. Someone might want to remind them one of these days.
