I guarantee it will work, didn't know I could myself until I was enlightened
by Kim Howe. The same goes for slot 1 on a ROM-1 (ie HDD in slot 1, slot set
to "your card", and slot 7 to "appletalk", the localtalk connector in the
"printer port")
