Hi Mark,

Guess what - it didn't work!!  I have my Vulcan in slot 2, with slot 2 set
to "your card" and slot 7 set to Appletalk, with my local talk connector in
the modem port.  No luck.  When the IIgs boots up, the icon sequence appears
showing me that it is initializing Appletalk, but I can see no other
computers in the Appletalk control panel.

I will try to mess around with it some more this weekend.  Perhaps I am
confused about which slot my Vulcan is in - it's a bit of a pain to open the
case right now, but I'm pretty sure it's in slot 2!
