How
much money will users 'save' by having to buy new computers? >>
None at all.
My University, California State University San Bernardino, spent mucho
millions expanding the library with a six-story wing, complete with a modern
computer center in the basement. One year later, the Library said that they
needed all new computers. Theft? Water damaged from El Nino? Computer
viruses?
No. They said that the computers would only run about half of the new
software out there, so we need new computers.
