Apple IIc Question

Okay.. this might sound like a dumb question, but here goes...

Why, on ebay, are some Apple IIc Systems selling for like $15 dollars
while others are peaking $200 or more?  

I can't seem to tell the difference between the ones that cost a
fortune and the cheapies!
