Argh. The list is incomplete, of course, containing only the
pitch-setting codes and e.g. none for line feed adjustment or graphics
mode. Note to self: Read first, think second, write last.

So again if you know a code list anywhere on the web I'd be extremely
grateful.

Running it on a PC seems to require a null modem cable and a gender
changer... A straight-through cable wouldn't work. Too bad the
SuperSerial I also got isn't here yet.
