 You should try looking for 4bit x 1mb !!

AE did have a program called GStest.system on their AW expander disks that 
might work. I know it'll test the GS-RAM and GS-RAM III and indicate which 
chips were bad. Never had a chance to try it on the Ultra. 

	Wayne
