Well I can see the MC1377.
My oscillators are:
OC1 is 28.636360 MHz
Y1 is 32.768 kHz
Y2 is 3.686400 MHz
The NTSC frequency 3.58 MHz is OC1 / 8
I don't have any equipment that could test the frequency on a pin.
