The GS RAM Plus could hold up to either 1.5MB or 6MB on the main board
depending upon which RAM chips were used (256KB or 1MB).  You could not mix
chip sizes either.  To get it up to 8MB required the 1MB RAM chips and adding a
piggyback card (w/ another 2 banks worth of 1MB chips) to the main card.
