I don't know of any 8-bit utility programs for the IIe that will convert
TrueType fonts to bit-mapped fonts.
 
But, as others have pointed out, it's routine if you have a IIGS.
 
Pointless itself allows you to save TrueType fonts as bit-mapped fonts in
any point size you want, and FontPimp allows you to convert TrueType
fonts for the PC into TrueType fonts that the IIGS can use, that is, if
you have Pointless.
 
Again, Pointless can be purchased from Shareware Solutions II for $20.
