Just a wild guess - your III's floppy drive is flakey. SOS boots, then
can't load the system.pascal file? Just a guess. 

Hey! Glad to hear someone has used Sara! (I'm the author) I may even
get a chance to work on it again, I don't think I've touched it for
years... Still some emulation bugs, I think.
