Steve,
On my ROM-1 AHS setup, I can't access a drive in Slot 7 when AppleTalk is
on. Could this be your problem with the RamFast ? I think ROM-3 are a
different story with Slot 7/Appletalk. Try moving your RamFast to a lower
slot, like 6 or 2 or 1. I use slot 2 on mine for AppleTalk and the AHS card.
This is a neat arrangement as you can use Boot Slot:Scan and boot a floppy
or HDD with ease.
For AppleTalk you set slot 1 or 2 to "Your Card" and slot 7 to "AppleTalk".
You can still use an internal card in slot 1 or 2 (whichever you chose).
The Apple IIGS System 6 User's guide has info on AppleTalk you are looking
for, I've never heard of a AppleTalk User's guide.
