I didn't mention that before: When I started trying to get things working, the
Focus drive was in slot 2 and the RamFAST was in slot 7... I can try the other
slots, though.

Tried that. It seems to just sit there. After about two minutes, I gave up.
Should I have been more patient? (I don't remember it taking that long before...)

Ah. well, I've tried the Zero-key Trick, but I am yet to experience Success...

Right. I know about letting the drive spin-up before turning the system on.
I got the RamFAST M-A-A-A-A-NY Moons Ago with a SyQuest 40MB Removable drive.
(The drive has since gone on to a Better Place.) I pulled the card out of
mothballs recently. Yes, the card was stored in an anti-static bag, and no,
it wasn't damaged... ;)
