Apple II circuit simulators wanted

I know about a few available:

Micro-Cap
Circuit Lab
Digital Circuitry Simulator
(there were about 5 different ones in an OLD PD catalog I have)

I am trying to get all of the above from the original authors.  Some 
laugh at me.  Some don't have the software any more.

my page at rich12345.tripod.com has some information about 
Digital Circuitry Simulator.  It is a nice program but 
limited on number of components.

Let me know if you have any available, or if you know the names
of any others.

I also seek any physics/chemistry software, 6502 simulators, etc.
Any neat "real world" software for the Apple II.
