Actually the source code for Fontrix - (up to version 7.0b) - is available. 
Olivier Goguel - President of the FTA - sent it to me with the program Fontrix
IIGS back in 1993.  I uploaded it to Ground with the program years ago - don't
know whatever happened to that archive.  

If anybody is interested in such source codes - email me and I'll see if I can
locate and make them available again.
