I put up a mock screenshot of what a port (of Westfront PC) might look
like. Here it is:

Would anyone be interested in porting the MS-DOS/Windows to your beloved
system? I've received a few inquiries from individuals willing to try, but
it would take a solid month or so of free time to port a small fraction of
either game. An experienced BASIC programmer could use that screenshot and
code a game around it, using the colors and layout shown above. Inspector
Funkydog, Faldor and 350 or so rooms could be done rather easily.
The game is in the public domain, so anyone can port it and/or use it. The
source code is available here:
