Wow, thanks Steve!  I didn't know such thing existed.  It's a good alternative for those of us with SCSI cards that are sitting idle, I may have to pick one up for the IIe + RAMFast combo, although the 2GB CF would be crazy overkill on the IIe, I think I have a 64MB CF around :)
