Was there an actual Apple manual for that card?

After all, there are no adjustments to the card apart from plugging in the
drives (well, except for the 16-sector upgrade, but that would be an
upgrade manual, not a card manual).  I think pretty much everything Apple
thinks you need to know about the Disk Controller Card is included in The
DOS Manual or in that 2-volume successor set that came with the later ][e's.
