No, you need either an 80 column card in the Auxiliary slot or one of the ones
that go in a regular slot.
The 128k would be the 64k on the motherboard plus 64k on the card. ProDOS
won't recognize any of the extra memory on the card. The Neptune card was a
pretty early IIe card. I think the card first came out before ProDOS did.

The Accelerator IIe is supposed to be a hair slower than the TransWarp
accelerator
because it has to slow down to access ROM but I'd expect you'd rarely be able to
see a difference. That's a good score, accelerators are a bit hard to find. Most
of the
time you shouldn't need to use the software that came with it but it's nice to
have.
Very likely they removed it if they were playing a lot of games. Most games are a

bit too challenging at three and a half times normal speed. While you can disable

the accelerator at startup, it's sometimes easier to just pull it.
