Yes, you can save in Moria. It is in the documentation somewhere and
should also show up on the help screen you get if you press "?". I'm
not sure but it might require you to quit the game to save but you can
then immediately restart and load that saved game.

I'm not sure what that is about. I'd need more details to tell you

Six Pack is just a collection of desk accessories, inits and Finder
extras so they should be failry easy to uninstall. I could probably
get you a list of all the add-ons that are on the Six Pack disks if
you need them.
