No, unfortunately.
800K Mac drives use the GCR storage format which is incompatible with
the PC MFM 720K format. Your only option for reading 720K floppies on
an SE is to find an SE with a Superdrive (FDHD) or an SE/30 (which has
a FDHD drive). The Superdrives (FDHD) are standard in all Mac's from
the SE/30 up to the mid-range Powermac's.
