I have got an Apple PAL Encoder card, 670-X015 where the quartz Y1 and
all chips are missing.
The crystal has 4,433 MHz, I suppose (the PAL-G color burst frequency).
What kind of ICs plug into the U1..U4 sockets?
Where do I connect J1? The video input cable goes to the Aux video pin
on the mainboard, doesn't it?
