Absolutly.  The IIc is compatible with the SSC which is what ADT was
written for.  Your biggest challenge would be to get a null modem cable
for your IIc.  I'd suggest a modem cable form the IIC, a Null modem
adapter and another serial (modem) cable to the PC you are connecting
to.
