I have proven that your assumption that
theft does not involve value to be incorrect...
The ultimate arbiter of this term is the
law books, not the dictionary. Whether
or not one is arrested for the crime of theft
does not depend upon how a dictionary
defines this term, but the law books...

I already know that you can never see
that Wrong requires Harmful Effect,
to you it all completely a matter of rules...
