093B7200 System Bad

I get this message when I run a System test: 093b7200 System Bad. Now
here is the weird part: I have 3 different ROM 03 GS(s), ALL give me
this error and all at one time were working fine. These machines are
culled from Goodwill and were originally in schools. THey seem to boot
OK and seem to run ok.
1 machine has a (rather slow) TransWarpGS in it, the others are not
accelerated. I have tired running tests in various ways with or
without various cards/peripherals hooked up and this is a common
error. Any ideas anyone?
Oh and I am NOT near any power lines, Radio Stations, Ham Radio
Transmiters, or the like. THought of that, checked it with a broadband
radio.
