Thanks everyone for your help!!!
I forwarded the messages to my friend/collegue and hopefully she'll be
able to sort it now. Soon as she's online she can then subscribe to
comp.sys.mac for any further problems she might have...
Meanwhile I'll return to my RISC OS corner :-)
