Re: Looking for Muppet keyboard and software.



I probably have this somewhere, prolly w/ original software -- and yes I
saw one go cheaply recently on ebay, but often rare things do as people
can't find them easily with a keyword search. (Sometimes you don't know
you WANT something until you see it listed!)

A better learning machine is the Sega Pico which you can find pretty
cheap nowadays, as it's now obsolete -- a failed venture by Sega. My
2.5-year-old daughter loves the the thing, and it uses a similar concept
as Muppet keys, where kids can press on cartoon characters to make them
do things on the screen. Graphics are far superior. I got one for $3 at
a thrift store. I think Apple IIs are better for school-age kids.
