My thought was to take your computer (and parts) to someone that can
help you, but would do it for the fun and not charge you.  Probably
someone with a digital multi-testor and possibly an oscilloscope.  I'd
offer, but I have none of those tools and it has been a long (6+ years)
since I have played with discrete logic circuits.  And I have never
'tinkered' with anything as complex as a full blown computer.
