You could try a mail order electronics company. Jameco <www.jameco.com>
for instance, lists the 65c02 at $6.95 a piece in quantities of less
then 10 units. They however charge a small processing fee for orders
under a certain amount ($5 for orders under $20 IIRC). You may be able
to do better else where.
