You need to read over the faq:

It explains how to work with Apple II disk images. The program that does
that is called Azimov. It runs under ProDos (at least that's how I've used
it) and can make disk images from floppies. You can make archives using
Shrinkit.
On the Mac, you'll want Stuffit, and for working with A2 Shrinkit archives,
Shrink II.
