Is there any way? Yes, but it would involve some circuitry additions or
modifications to the monitor.
Among Apples, the GS monitor is unique, since it is analog RGB, with a very
low (15.75 kHz) sync frequency. The Mac monitor can't sync this low. RGB
monitors for the Apple IIe and III can sync this low, but they take digital
input.
There are other compatible non-Apple analog RGB monitors, which I listed a
short time ago.
