I would very much appreciate the dip switch settings for the Apple II
interface/version of the Okimate 20 color printer. This is a serial printer
and has two banks of 6 dip switches on the interface card.
I am familiar with the Okimate 20 generally, but not the Apple II version. I
have the software manual describing the Color Print software, but not the
software or anything else (and the software manual does not describe the
hardware settings).
