I am not very experienced in this area, so I could be wrong:
- if this program accepts command line arguments, it may be possible to compile
the program as an MPW tool -- then run it from MPW, in a fashion similar to
DOS. (After compiling, go to the worksheet, type in the executable name
followed by the command line arguments, then press <Enter>. It is important
to hit <Enter> rather than <Return> because MPW interprets them differently.)
- if this program prompts you for the input and output files, you should be
able to compile it as an MPW tool or a SIOW (?) application. SIOW compiled
applications are run from the Finder, and provide a simple terminal for I/O.

Good Luck!
Byron.
