Yes Justin, it can.
I have a CP board on the 486 I use as a printserver, and have a regular
PC 1.4 and a 360k floppy drives hooked to it. With the correct driver

Apple and other disks are possible, even 800k disks. I have also
copied Osborne, Kapro, Mac and other esoterica on it. When I was a
very new returnie to the Apple II world I had used my CP Board to
create some workable DOS disks (and some semi-workable ProDOS disks)
from a couple of unusable Franklin formated disks I had received with a
Ace 1200. Little did I realize that TONS of old Apple stuff was
avaialable at my local Goodwill. But that's another tale ;)
